In Memoriam
It is with our deepest regret to say good bye to Bobbie O’Brien. She passed away June 15, 2009. With her excellent customer service and beautiful heart she will be truly missed by not only her co-workers, friends and family but also each and every customer she came in contact with.
"Eternal rest grant unto Bobbie, O Lord, and let the perpetual light shine upon her. May Bobbie rest in peace. May her soul, and the soul of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace."
Here are a few words from the overwhelming response we received from our customers;
I first met Bobbie more than 12 years ago, during one of my first job assignments out of college. I was struck right away by her joy, zeal and love of life. She was clearly the kind of person I would enjoy working with. We worked together (in a client-supplier relationship) for over 5 years. No matter how many times I called her she was still the same upbeat person. She lit the room with that smile. Her voice carried through a phone like no other. I always enjoyed working with her.
Over the years I've lost contact (mainly because of work). It saddens me to know that I wont be able to call Farlow's and hear her voice. I missed her before. Now I miss her even more.
I'm truly sorry for your loss. Her journey from us is a loss for us all. I will always remember my favorite hippie in the hills.
God bless you all.

I can not tell you enough how much she will be missed. I am deeply saddened by the loss of a beautiful hearted woman as Bobbie. In such a short time, she touched my life making my job enjoyable when I called in to place an order for glass tips. When I told her that I will be going to the medical device show and that I will come by to see her at the booth, she told me that she will save me a hug. When I arrived to the show to finally meet her face to face, that’s exactly what she did, she gave me a hug. Her time was too short. Our world can not replace her. I will cherish that hug I received from her that day.

Words can't express the shock and sorrow we are all feeling here at Medtronic in Santa Rosa upon hearing this sad news. Bobbie was a wonderful person to work with, with such a fun laugh and great personality. Every time our buyer Fred got off the phone with Bobbie, he was laughing about their discussion, and would share something that Bobbie had said with the rest of our department. She always brought such a smile to everyone, and we only knew her professionally, I can only imagine her wonderful friendships with those she saw more frequently.
Please extend our deepest condolences to everyone at Farlow’s and to her family. It is never easy to lose a friend and colleague; we will take comfort in knowing she's watching over us all now.
